DJC – Installation of a new machine in our workshop

Our workshop is equipped with a new numerical control machine MIYANO BNE 51MSY 9 Axes.
This automatic lathe for complex and high-precision machined parts is equipped with:
- 2 powerful spindles of 15 Kw and 7.5 Kw with ø 51 mm max
- 2 turrets 12 stations
- Y-axes on main and counter spindle
- High pressure cooling 70 bars
- Up to 24 power tools
DJC is ISO/TS 16949 certified since 2005 based on the automotive standards, and converted to the IATF 16949 in December 2018.
