Cleaning and Decontamination

All mechanical parts produced in our facility can be delivered cleaned and decontaminated. We ensure that all machined parts are free of contaminants such as oil and grease.

This process involves suspending the metal parts over boiling chemical solution. When the solvent vapor comes into contact with the metal (which is cooler), it condenses, dripping down and removing any contaminants. Other residual elements evaporate, leaving the material clean and dry.

Eco-friendly Solvents

All environmental and quality standards are guaranteed by two modern washing machines.

Our machines guarantee degreasing and excellent cleanliness. We use A3 hydrocarbon solvents and modified chlorine-free alcohol to meet all requirements of degreasing whilst respecting and protecting the environment.

Recycling of Metals and Chemicals

All residue metal from both the CNC machining and washing processes are collected and recycled.

Any oil, grease and other chemicals used in the manufacturing process is collected and sent to specialised companies for recycling.
