DJC looks to the future: a profile of Méryl Fournier

We are proud to have given Méryl Fournier the opportunity to enter the corporate world whilst continuing her work-study program in collaboration with the INSEEC school.

Méryl Fournier is currently completing a Master’s in Human Resources Management as part of a work-study program at the INSEEC campus in Chambéry. In July 2019, she started working with us at DJC as an HR project manager and continued studying for her Master’s degree at the same time. As a result of this collaboration, DJC has benefited from a new perspective on the HR department.

In order to remain at the forefront of technology in our industry, we want to ensure that all our employeesfrom technicians to engineers working with the latest CNC multi-spindle machinesare constantly improving their skills.

Training is also a means of ensuring and sustaining DJC’s competitiveness in our markets and a way of offering young talent the opportunity to enter the job market.
